Last updated: 1 July 2026

This is a template provided with the TaxPilot AI starter and must be reviewed by your own counsel before production use.

1. Agreement

By using TaxPilot AI you agree to these terms on behalf of your firm.

2. The service

TaxPilot provides analysis, drafting and tracking tools. All AI output is assistive and must be reviewed by a qualified practitioner before it is relied upon or filed. We do not provide legal or tax advice.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you upload, for verifying AI output, and for all filings made with any authority. You must have the right to upload the client data you provide.

4. Subscriptions

Plans are billed per firm on a recurring basis and include a defined allowance of AI credits and seats. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt to breach its security, or use it to violate any law.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app.
